I just found out about this. Apparently, you open the book you're reading at random, select two sentences from that page (be careful not to spoil the plot), then post to your site and refer to the originator at shouldbereading@wordpress.com. So here goes:
"Now that the the performers no longer visited it was custom as well that at the end of the meal the villagers would tell stories themselves. They stood in front of the crowd, beside the fire, and spoke of legends that everyone was familiar with but listened to nonetheless."

What a cool excerpt. It reminds me that story telling seems to be a thing of the past, and it's a shame really. Wouldn't it be great if every town had story telling weekly or monthly from their senior citizens?
